Caseweb utilises the latest in management information reporting and offers real time updates on all cases. This enables you to gain access to your file to view progress of the transaction, letters, documents and reports. The system updates automatically every time an action is taken on your case. Key milestones are marked as achieved to simplify the tracking of progress. You are also able to send messages or comments directly to the case handler and read messages left for you. You will be able to download plans, documents or reports.

Access to the system is only through a secure website using the latest in encryption technology (128 bit Microsoft SSL), further ensuring the security of the information.
